Copper
and zinc solder

The copper and zinc solder is mainly used in the
welding of copper, copper alloy, nickel, steel, and cast iron in the ways
of gas blaze soldering, brine dipping soldering, high frequency soldering.
The optimum gap in the joint is 0.025-0.1mm by using copper and zinc solder.
The copper and zinc solder should pursue the shortest time by the method
of oxygen-acetylene blaze to reduce the evaporation of zinc and formation
of porous gap in the joint.
